Award-winning Pittsburgh photographer, Pamela provides a stress-free experience making family photos easy! Her style is candid and natural, and this mom of four has no trouble relating to little ones! Pamela Anticole is one of the best family photographers in Pittsburgh PA, with over 15 years of experience as a family photojournalist.
The majority of my sessions are at home where my clients are most comfortable, and I specialize in day in the life sessions which highlight natural unposed interactions. My clients hire me for my creative candid approach as well as my dedication to give each of my clients an easy photography experience. Look no farther to find the best family photographer in Pittsburgh!
I am a photographic storyteller in Pittsburgh, PA specializing in photographing families in unposed, relaxed photoshoots at home, that I call REAL LIFE sessions. These are relaxed lifestyle sessions at the client’s own home. For newborn photography sessions, we spend time cuddling with baby in his nursery, going for a walk, or hanging out in the living room. You can give baby bath and read stories, or just snuggle up and take in all that fresh baby smell. For moms who think they might want a birth photographer, I offer on-call birth photography in Pittsburgh (with experience in Magee, the Midwife Center, and UPMC Mercy). OR you can opt for a Fresh 48 session, a popular option where I photograph you cuddling with baby in your birth place. Both options are unposed, focusing on candid natural moments framed in artistic ways.
As a Pittsburgh family photographer, I specialize in unposed lifestyle sessions at home where you are comfortable! We can play in the backyard, bounce on the bed, head to the park or get some ice cream. Cook a meal together and I’ll take pictures! Of course we grab posed pictures, too, but the majority of the session is unposed and undirected. The photos will together tell the story of your life right now.
Families hire me because I am a photojournalist: I create photography that is nuanced and authentic, with an experience that is easy and fun! I photograph family events, simple outings, and day-in-the-life sessions at home (where all the love is!).
I also educate parents on how to use their cameras, and how to capture memorable photos of their kids. Currently offering workshops and 1:1 mentoring.
I have several longer term personal projects in development, including investigating multi-generational family-run businesses, and elderly living.
To participate in these projects, for more information about hiring me to photograph your family, or for information about photography classes, please contact me directly at firstname.lastname@example.org or by using the form below.
