Pittsburgh Newborn Photography | Baby Rocco (Oakmont, PA)

It warms my heart when people hire me to photograph their wedding and then keep on calling me back when the babies come along… Brittany and Ray I am talking about YOU! Not only did we do a fun maternity session, but I also returned when their baby Rocco was born, to take pictures of this sweet little guy…

Newborn photography sessions are very relaxed… though I estimate I will be there for an hour or so, I do not enforce a time limit at all… we can hardly get baby to work on OUR schedule now can we! I limit myself to one session that day and we work around baby’s moods.

Upon arrival I’ll do my hand washing routine (and these days I wear an N95 mask, too!) while we chat about baby. We’ll wander around your home taking note of the best light and locations to take the pictures. Pittsburgh light is notoriously unpredictable, so this isn’t something we can really plan out ahead of time. And then we’ll turn off all your lights, find some big windows, and let you snuggle up with your newborn!

It really is quite easy… no need to clean up, either; we will take care of that as needed. It’s hard enough taking care of a brand new baby let alone a house!
