family photography sessions.

I offer unique at-home storytelling sessions that capture relaxed family portraits along with the beauty of unposed family life.

You heard me right: both candid AND posed pictures. Best of both worlds!

Your session doesn't have to be at home; I have joined clients for outings around town, to the playground, to the grocery store, and to the Christmas tree farm. The options are as limited as your imagination!

Family photography sessions are either 2 hours, 4 hours, or a full day (wake to sleep). The majority of the session is unposed as I capture natural images that tell the story of your lives together; and then we have the flexibility to do portraits once the kids have warmed up to the camera and the lighting is perfect.

"I fell in love with Pamela’s work about 12yrs ago. Her style is easy, timeless and authentic. She has an incredible eye and her ability to capture emotion in a snapshot is unmatched. I was sold! We hired her to be our wedding photographer, had an amazing engagement session (...or 2☺️) and were blown away by our wedding photos and stunning album. We celebrated our first year anniversary in front of her lens as well!

I have continued to follow her work closely, encouraged anyone who asked to contact her for their special moments. When she posted she would be holding Fall mini sessions this year...we had to book. Our wedding photographer taking our family portraits 10 yrs later just felt right!! We were once again blown away with what she captured for us.

We also opted to have an in home session, which I have been drooling over since she began booking and sharing them on her blog. We are so excited to receive those images. Having her in our home was just easy and totally comfortable.

Pamela is calm, easy to work with, creative, respectful and dedicated to her clients and her work. I am forever grateful our paths crossed and that we have entrusted her with our most precious memories."

family films.

I am overwhelmed on a daily basis by my kids. I wonder if I'm raising little ted bundys or mother teresas. I doubt myself and question if I am enough for them.

And then I hit the point where my last baby is out of diapers and I'm selling off the crib and crying over the box of my favorite baby clothes and reminding myself "I will miss this all someday."

Photographs are special. They preserve snapshots in time. They're nostalgic and tactile and display so beautifully on the walls. But they have no SOUND.

There's nothing like preserving those sweet baby 'mamas' on a short family film that you and your kids want to watch again and again and again.

I can’t promise that you won’t cry when you see yours.
